Fund raising (IPOs and Private Placements) and advisory services
Capital Partners Group provides capital markets advisory services to companies undertaking initial public offerings or raising private capital (private placements). Capital Partners is currently authorised to act as Sponsor in NYSE Alternext (covering Paris-Brussels-Amsterdam-Lisbon Exchanges), to act as Corporate Adviser in the standard segment of the main market in the London Stock Exchange, to act as Corporate Adviser in the Standard Segment/Main Market of NYSE Euronext London and to act as Corporate Adviser in PLUS Markets Exchange in London. Capital Partners Group Ltd is also part of Sharemark Exchange's Advisory Network allowing it to trade shares (listed and unlisted) in this platform. Through its partners and joint ventures, it can also conduct IPOs in the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and in the OTC Pink Sheets and OTC BB in the US.

Capital Partners can assist as Corporate Adviser and Promoter to UK and non-UK companies with their listing in the Standard Segment of the Official Main Regulated Market of the London Stock Exchange and NYSE London providing higher visibility/liquidity with lower regulatory burden and lower listing costs.
